Mixed feelings
I found out last week that the police have received the medical/post-mortem results for the other driver; these have now gone to the Crash Investigation Officer, and the full report will be sent to the Coroner by the end of November.
It's a relief to know that the legal train is on the move, combined with the nervousness of knowing that it won't be long before I have a hearing date burning its way into the page of my diary.

How long ago was the accident? My husband's police report took a few weeks for me to receive...As far as the coroner report, I never saw it, my lawyer was privy to it tho... Usually they do the reports pretty timely... Hope all goes well for u...

ReplyDeleteYep, seems as tho its going as it should.. I just hated being reminded w/every little report or phone call from the lawyers.
